Q2. How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times are:

• Lagos: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

• Rest of Nigeria: 7–9 business days after dispatch.

• Europe & UK: usually 7–14 business days.

Q3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because fragrance is a personal, hygiene‑sensitive product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened perfumes or change‑of‑mind purchases. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours so we can help.

Q4. My perfume arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the damaged bottle and packaging, and a short description of what happened. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

Q5. Can I try a scent before buying a full bottle?

Yes. We offer testers in limited quantities so you can experience the scent before committing to a full bottle. Testers are available for a small fee plus shipping; full details, including current pricing and sizes, will be shown on the product pages.

Q6. What size are your perfumes?

Each ÌLÀ perfume currently comes in 50 ml bottles. We’ll update this page if new sizes or sets are added.

Q7. How long do ÌLÀ perfumes last?

ÌLÀ fragrances are oil‑based and designed to leave a lasting mark. On clothes, they can last from 24 hours up to several days, depending on climate and fabric. On skin, you can expect strong performance through the day, especially on moisturised skin and pulse points.

Q8. How should I wear my ÌLÀ fragrance?

Spray on pulse points (wrists, inner elbows, behind the ears) and lightly on your outfit. Our oils are formulated not to stain fabric and often project longer on clothes. You can also layer your ÌLÀ perfume with your body mist or oil to create your own signature.
