Shipping

We currently ship orders from Lagos and Dublin and deliver to customers within Nigeria and across Europe and the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our delivery options to more regions in the near future.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Lagos: 3–5 business days after your order is dispatched.

  • Rest of Nigeria: 7–9 business days after dispatch.

  • Europe & United Kingdom: typically 7–14 business days, depending on destination and local courier.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and courier and will be shown at checkout or confirmed with you when you order via Instagram DM. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or handling fees charged by local authorities; these are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened perfumes or change‑of‑mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once we review your case, we’ll arrange a replacement, store credit or another suitable solution at our discretion.
