Where we ship

ÌLÀ currently ships orders from Dublin to customers in Ireland and the United Kingdom. We are working to expand delivery to additional regions in the future.

Estimated delivery timelines

• Ireland: typically 3–5 business days after dispatch

• United Kingdom: typically 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier service

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched. We will send a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Shipping costs

• Ireland: €4 standard delivery; free delivery on orders of €100 or more

• United Kingdom: €12 international tracked delivery

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed and charged in EUR; your bank or card provider may convert the final amount into your local currency.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered outside Ireland may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or courier handling fees imposed by the destination country or carrier. Where applicable, these charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened perfumes or change‑of‑mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Once we review your case, we’ll arrange a replacement, store credit or another suitable solution at our discretion.
